U.S Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Orders must be placed by 11am CST to start processing the same day. Processing time typically process within 2 business days(Monday-Saturday). Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Saturday (excluding holiday weekends). Fresame.com offers Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. Orders $30 and over(excluding taxes and discounts). Fresame ships within the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska.

Fresame Cosmetics shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Fresame is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once the tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

We at the present time do not ship outside the United States.
